The sweetest carbon tracker out there is continuously evolving and growing, the latest update being a completely new feature: Talk. The new feature enables users to discuss learnings and ideas related to a climate-smart lifestyle.
A new feature in The Donut was launched this week to meet demand for a space to discuss climate action. The new feature, dubbed Talk, enables users to share tips right in the app and to discuss learnings and ideas related to leading a more climate-smart lifestyle.
“We’ve noticed that every time we organise an event, people tend to stay way past the ending time, hanging around to chat about things they’ve tried, exchange tips and share experiences about how to inspire friends and family to join the journey. Because of this, we wanted to create a digital space within our carbon tracker The Donut where the community can exchange thoughts now that real-life events aren’t possible.” Says Spark’s CEO Amanda Rejström.
The Donut is a tool to encourage and support you on the journey towards a one planet lifestyle. It helps you to find climate actions tailored to your life, explains their impact, and tracks your progress so that you can see the difference you and the rest of the Donut Crew are making with every climate-smart decision.
Spark Sustainability has been collecting user feedback and improving The Donut all year, and the 1.0 version is set for release in the beginning of 2021. Special about The Donut is that the app links to local services and products that can help users mitigate emissions, such as green electricity or vintage- or repair shops.
Download The Donut from App Store and Google Play.
