This spring, we at Spark Sustainability are exploring different ways to develop digital tools for companies that help consumers identify truly climate-smart products, and show them how low-carbon products can help them reduce emissions. Here are two examples of the tools we’re developing:
Leverage carbon handprint data to increase customer conversion in your webshop! We calculate carbon handprints, or in other words, the climate benefit of low-carbon products compared to mainstream alternatives. With our Climate Impact plug-in, you can highlight the climate benefits of your low-carbon products.
Licence our carbon calculator to show your website visitors how they can reduce their lifestyle emissions and how your company can support them on the way. The Carbon Donut data model is frequently cited alongside major players in Finland such as Sitra and Syke. The model calculates lifestyle carbon emissions with the help of the latest science-based CO2 information.
